Sage & Stem Wellness is a Scottsdale-based health and wellness clinic founded and led by Tasia Kurland, Nurse Practitioner, that offers personalized care that addresses the root causes of imbalance rather than simply treating symptoms.

At Sage & Stem, we believe true wellness begins from within — by supporting the body’s natural ability to heal and thrive. Our services are designed to optimize health at the cellular level and empower you to feel your best, inside and out. We specialize in epigenetic testing and interpretation, peptide and hormone optimization, IV nutrient and vitamin injection therapy, and aesthetic services that enhance natural radiance. Each treatment plan is tailored to your unique biology, lifestyle, and goals, creating a clear path toward sustainable vitality and longevity.

The name Sage & Stem represents our philosophy: Sage for wisdom, grounded healing, and cleansing; and Stem for growth and renewal as determined by root cause. Our approach integrates functional and aesthetic medicine to blend advanced therapies with mindful care to support both inner health and outward confidence.

At our core, we value education, empowerment, and individualized attention. We take time to understand your story, use precision-based tools to uncover what your body truly needs, and guide you toward achievable, lasting change.

Sage & Stem Wellness isn’t just a clinic — it’s a partnership in your wellness journey. Here, modern medicine meets mindful living, and every visit is an opportunity to cultivate health from the root.
